Collaborating closely with HYTORC Netherlands, we tackled the challenge of disparate sales portals head-on, consolidating 3 separate portals into 1 HubSpot portal. By assisting them with seamlessly integrating HubSpot with AX Microsoft ERP, we overcame siloed data and empowered HYTORC's sales team with a comprehensive overview of their operations, laying the foundation for Hytroc to leverage HubSpot as their operating model for growth.

    INTRO: HYTORC Netherlands is part of the US-based global HYTORC organization. Within Europe they are leader in industrial solutions, specializing in hydraulic, pneumatic, electric torque and tensioning tools. 
     
    CONTEXT: HYTORC encountered issues with seperated sales portals and inefficient data management. With sales teams relying on HubSpot and a custom Sales App, alongside Dynamics AX 2009 for ERP needs, aligning systems became became essential.
