Vincent Sheppard is a furniture company. Founded in 1992, this belgian company has been designing and manufacturing indoor and outdoor pieces of furniture. They had three objectives : improve their customer experience, digitalize their processes and improve the alignment between the different departments : Marketing, Sales and back office.
