We are CRM and integration specialists. At Elixir we help companies re-imagine their business processes and systems, giving them a 360° view on their customers. We also built our own iPaaS (ElixirSync) to serve and lead a very unique market. Our platform aligns systems and processes in the area of CRM and marketing automation. We focus on mid-sized & large companies that want to work with the coolest software in the market for their commercial departments (HubSpot), but at the same time require top-notch expertise to integrate this into their ERP backend systems. Your mission:
As a Java Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical software support to our customers on a diverse range of topics, both functional as well as technical. You will work in close contact with both the product development team as well as our functional consultants. Depending on your skills and willingness, you might also be part of the product development team for some dedicated missions.You should be able to identify and troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively, and be able to provide clear instructions to customers on how to resolve their issues. You will also be responsible for any escalation and follow up.
You will be working with the most modern cloud environments, serving top-notch customers. Some of the frameworks we use: MongoDB, Javascript/React (-Native), Spring/SpringBoot Framework, software development tools (Git, Postman, Maven/Gradle), Web services (REST / ODATA), API Integrations, Docker and Apache Camel.
The profile we are looking for:
- Any degree related to computer science, IT or coding in general
- Strong technical background with preferably Java and/or Javascript coding knowledge
- Knowledge of cloud integrations & CRM systems is a big plus
- Experience with providing technical software support and / or DevOps is a big plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Familiarity with customer support tools and ticketing systems is a plus
- Good working knowledge of English and Dutch or French
