Your mission:

As a Business Developer at Elixir, your role will focus on expanding our market presence through cold calling, lead generation, and nurturing new prospects. You will play a key role in connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and supporting the initial stages of the sales process.

Daily tasks involve:

  • Proactively engage with new prospects through cold calling and other lead generation techniques.
  • Conduct initial connect calls to establish relationships and understand prospects' needs and wishes.
  • Perform initial qualification of prospects and opportunities, ensuring alignment with Elixir’s offerings.
  • Assist in turning prospects into potential clients by providing necessary support and information.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enter new markets, contact new prospects, and expand the Elixir network.
  • Network with the aim to enhance Elixir’s brand recognition and cooperate with the marketing team to support branding and content strategies.
  • Attend local events, trade fairs, and other relevant occasions to network and promote Elixir.

The profile we are looking for:

HARD SKILLS:

  • Bachelor or Master in Economics, Communication, Marketing, or other relevant domains.
  • Preferably business development experience 
  • Proficiency in lead generation techniques and tools like Lead Machine.
  • Understanding of commercial processes and documentation (contracts, proposals, NDAs, etc.).
  • Experience supporting pre-sales activities and drafting documents.
  • Familiarity with various industries and in-depth knowledge of at least one field.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch

  • Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing
